Pathway was overgrown with weeds; hand weeded this area to reveal the original pebble pathway.
This client wanted to ensure he received his bond at the end of his lease so he asked Scott to take care of the property's yards and gardens. This entailed mowing, edging, hand weeding and general tidying up.
This large vine was going to damage the fence and it was growing in the gutter without the owner even realising.

Once weeds and old foliage were removed, these cycads looked great!
The photos below are from a property who were in desperate need of an over-all garden, lawn and yard tidy up. Some "after" photos are upon completion and others were still a work in progress. All weeds were removed by hand. A juvenile Whip snake was located in the piles of garden waste - a real snake haven!
Our clients were after a transformation to a beachy-style, relaxed garden. As this is a Body Corporate estate, Scott organised the paperwork and sought authorisation prior to commencing.

Left: To increase the new plants' survival and to allow them to flourish, rich nutrient top soil was placed in dug out garden beds, with Tea Tree mulch and decorative sandstone rocks.
Right: To help reduce costs, small pebbles were removed from the front garden bed, transported in wheel burrows and taken down a long set of steps to the rear yard and re-used.

The Real Estate property manager was relieved the weeds were removed from these pavers, as they were noted at the inspection as needed to be rectified.
